Capabilities Statement

Turtini is a technology partner and a business operating platform. We resell and support Red Hat and Datadog through established federal distribution, and we build the platform an organization runs its own operations on. Both sides carry the same account: one identity, one audit trail, one place the work happens.

Red Hat

Turtini is a certified Red Hat partner and an authorized Carahsoft Participating Dealer, sourcing the Red Hat portfolio for federal, SLED and commercial customers:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux — the enterprise Linux foundation, with subscription management and lifecycle support.
OpenShift Container Platform — enterprise Kubernetes for containerized and virtualized workloads across any infrastructure.
Ansible Automation Platform — provisioning, configuration and orchestration across IT, network and security estates.
Red Hat Satellite — provisioning, patching, subscription and lifecycle management for Red Hat infrastructure.

Our OpenShift practice covers the work after the install, which is where platform programs usually stall: hub-and-spoke architecture for multi-cluster estates, running a platform team as a product team, supply-chain integrity to SLSA Level 3, and Maximo Application Suite on OpenShift.

Datadog

Turtini is a Datadog federal partner, covering the observability stack an OpenShift or RHEL estate needs to be operable rather than merely deployed:

Infrastructure Monitoring — real-time visibility into every host, container and cloud service.
APM and Distributed Tracing — request-level tracing that ties application performance to the platform underneath it.
Log Management — ingest, search and analysis at scale, correlated with metrics and traces.

Isolated lab environments

Per-customer and per-partner GCP projects for demonstrations, proofs of concept and certification training, provisioned on demand with usage chargeback. A customer evaluating OpenShift or Datadog gets a real environment rather than a slide.

The platform

Business systems consolidation. CRM, accounting, workforce, scheduling, project planning, asset and property management, and public web presence in one platform, with cross-module data flow rather than point-to-point integrations. Modules are opt-in per organization.

AI-assisted operations with an auditable trail. Wally is a chat and voice assistant with tools across every module. Every write previews and confirms before it lands, and every action is recorded in a per-organization, hash-chained audit log that can be verified end to end.

Federal account intelligence. Accounts enrich from SAM.gov and USASpending — registration status, exclusions, NAICS and award history — on the account record, so research happens where the work happens.

How Turtini is bought

Turtini's platform subscription is bought directly. Red Hat and Datadog are sourced through our distribution and reseller partners on the vehicle the customer already uses — including GSA MAS, SEWP V, ITES-SW2, 2GIT, NASPO and AWS Marketplace.

Turtini does not hold these vehicles directly. Access is through the partner of record on each transaction. We say so plainly because a capabilities statement that overstates vehicle access wastes a contracting officer's time.

Differentiators

Same-day configuration. An organization describes what it does in a sentence; the platform selects modules, seeds representative data, and wires cross-module dependencies. There is no discovery phase preceding use.

Transparent, usage-aligned pricing. Every module is included. Turtini earns on transactions that settle through the platform rather than on per-seat licensing, so cost tracks activity.

Data portability by default. Organizations export their data in open formats without an engagement or a fee.

One identity across organizations. A person exists once on the platform and carries that identity across every organization they interact with.
