The Partnership

What Turtini brings to your engagement.

From sourcing through delivery — we're built to work alongside your team, not around it.

Authorized Reseller

Turtini is an authorized Red Hat partner and Carahsoft Participating Dealer. Source RHEL, Ansible, OpenShift, Satellite, and Datadog for your government engagements through us — on the contract vehicle your customer already uses.

Co-Sell Pipeline

Flag opportunities as co-sell directly in Turtini. Shared pipeline visibility, coordinated pursuit strategy, and clean separation between your workspace and ours — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Pre-Sales Support

Structured VMA, Ansible Automation, and AI Readiness assessments you can run with your customers — backed by Turtini delivery expertise. We show up for the technical conversations so your team can focus on the relationship.

Lab Environments

On-demand GCP environments provisioned per engagement for joint demos, proof-of-concept work, and live technical evaluations. Full OCP console access — no infrastructure overhead for your team.

Teaming & Contracts

Send teaming agreements, NDAs, and SOWs for e-signature directly from an opportunity. Signed documents are stored and linked automatically — audit-ready from day one.

Shareable Runbook Templates

Author runbooks for OpenShift, Ansible, and RHEL once, then publish them as Marketplace templates. Partners and customers fork them — when you ship an update, every fork inherits it automatically.

Wally — AI Co-Pilot for Delivery

Voice or chat assistant your delivery leads can use during a customer call. "Show me the open POCs on this account" or "schedule the next OpenShift validation task" — Wally previews, confirms, and writes to a 24-hour-undoable audit log.

Co-Sell Decks in Minutes

Auto-build a pitch deck from any opportunity, account, or runbook — co-branded with your team. Present in-platform or export to PPTX or Google Slides for the customer meeting.

Marketplace Module SDK

Build vertical modules on top of the Turtini platform with our typed Module SDK and ship them through the Marketplace. Set your own pricing — Turtini handles billing, distribution, install lifecycle, and revenue share back to you.

Pull-to-Host for Customer Sites

Connect a GitHub repo, Turtini auto-deploys to your customer's domain on every push — preview URLs per branch, vulnerability scanning, Cloudflare edge. Bolt-on real CRM, accounting, and auth alongside without rewriting their app.

In-Browser IDE + AI Pair-Programmer

A full Monaco editor wired to a customer's GitHub repo, with Wally as the AI pair-programmer reading and writing code on confirm. One-click deploy from the same tab — no local toolchain required for the engagement.

Track Record

We've been in the federal market.

Turtini isn't a startup that discovered government last year. Our practice is built on real delivery, real contract vehicles, and a Salesforce-recognized case study.

25 → 2 min

Opportunity creation time

Recognized by Salesforce for cutting federal opportunity creation from 25 minutes to 2. The same pipeline discipline we built for ourselves is what we bring to co-sell engagements.

Turtini grade for integrator delivery

Your customer's compliance, your customer's cloud.

Every customer you deliver inherits the same audit, sovereignty, and proof layer as the rest of Turtini. The compliance conversation gets short — and so does the AI-vendor conversation.

Wally Sovereignty per customer

Each customer org configures its own Wally endpoint independently. Deliver one to AWS Bedrock GovCloud (FedRAMP High / IL5) and another to Google Vertex AI in the EU on the same engagement — no per-tenant rebuild. Keys live in Google Secret Manager; every endpoint change is audited.

Lab Environments per customer

On-demand GCP projects spun up for demos, training, and cert prep — billed back to your customer at cost + 15%. Tear down when the engagement ends; the per-customer project has its own IAM, network, and Stripe meter.

Verified-by-Turtini deliverables

Every deck, runbook, statement, and report you hand the customer carries a QR + SHA-256 anyone can verify at /verify/:id. The customer’s procurement team checks tamper-evidence without you in the room.

Runbook templates with live inheritance + audit

Publish a runbook once; customers that opt into live inheritance receive your updates automatically. Every version bump and every consuming-customer accept is recorded in the per-org hash-chained audit log — useful when the customer rotates auditors.

Cross-org primitives

The platform plumbing your customers already have.

Integrators don't have to invent the cross-org dance. Personal identity, contractor compliance, and shared workspaces are platform primitives — your customers inherit them; your integrations can lean on them.

Personal lens at /me

Every Turtini user has a Personal context separate from any org they admin. When you build a customer-facing integration (e.g. paystub export, vendor portal), key on the user’s Personal account — it survives them leaving the org you delivered to.

Identity graph

Every user has a server-maintained list of verified emails, phones, and handles. When your integration creates a record keyed on email/phone, the platform auto-links it to the canonical user. Same human across vendors → same uid.

Vendor Compliance Registry

EIN-keyed registry of contractor W-9, COI, workers’ comp, license. Your integrations can call lookupVendorByEin to surface verified status on any contractor record you build — no per-customer re-uploads.

Shared Spaces

Households, classes, project teams — a small group of people who share data through membership. Your community / school / volunteer integration plugs into the Shared Space membership graph instead of reinventing groups.

Block Marketplace

Already built? Fold it in. Want to build solo first? Do that, then fold in later.

Distribution + monetization + identity, in one platform. Build on Turtini's SDK from day one — or ship in Claude Code / Vercel / Cloudflare Pages, then register the URL as an external-app block when you're ready. Same sandbox, same capability gates, same 90/10 rev share — no rewrite.

Two ways to list

Bundle (.js built with the SDK) or external app (https:// URL of an app you host wherever you want). Both render in a sandboxed iframe (allow-scripts, no allow-same-origin) with the same postMessage protocol. The audit pipeline doesn't care which.

90/10 revenue share

Stripe Connect on every install: 90% to the creator's Connect account, 10% platform. One-time uses an Embedded Checkout + idempotent transfer; subscriptions use application_fee_percent so Stripe does the split on every invoice.

Identity bridge

Declare the identity.verify capability and your external app receives a short-lived HMAC token attesting the current Turtini visitor's identity. Verify it from your backend → upsert the user into your data store. Every Turtini account becomes a one-click user of your app.

Capability-gated, not free-for-all

Declare exactly the capabilities your block needs — fetch.public, fetch.org-readonly, storage.media, submit.lead, submit.purchase, analytics.track, identity.verify. Reviewers reject anything broader than what the listing description claims.

Pinned + tracked versions

Installers pick "track latest" (auto-upgrade when you publish an approved version) or pin a specific version. Approvals fan out automatically; suspensions render an amber notice on installing sites rather than silently disappearing.

Solo first, fold in later

Build your app on your own infrastructure. Get users on your own. When you find Turtini (or your users do), register the URL — keep your code, your hosting, your domain. Turtini becomes a new distribution channel + identity provider, not a rewrite mandate.
