Turtini charges a percentage of the payment volume you process, and the rate gets smaller as you grow. Up to $50k/mo it is a flat 1% — a $10,000 invoice paid through the portal costs $100. Above that you move into volume bands where the effective rate drops to 0.30% and eventually to a 0.05% floor. Most of the fee is collected inline at the moment each payment captures; anything left over is trued up on one monthly invoice, and if inline collection ran ahead of what you owed, the difference is carried as a credit against your next month. There is no per-seat fee and no minimum.

You move into the Growth band — $450/month flat, which is less than the $500 you would pay at 1% on $50k/mo, and it covers you all the way to $150k/mo. Past that the rate keeps falling: 0.30% through $1.2M/mo, then a flat $3,600/month, down to a 0.05% floor at the very top. The rate ratchets — once your volume has earned you a lower rate, growing further never moves it back up, so there is no month where getting bigger costs you more. Your org also enters the Turtini partner pipeline at $50k/mo and a co-sell partner will reach out.

All first-party Turtini modules are included at every tier — no unlock fees, no add-on subscriptions. Partner-built modules in the Marketplace may carry their own pricing, set by the developer. Flight bookings include a modest booking fee, always shown before checkout.

Turtini uses Stripe for payment processing — credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and saved payment methods with autopay.

Every card payment is put through 3-D Secure, which asks the buyer’s bank to confirm the cardholder is really them. Most banks answer instantly with nothing shown to the buyer. When the bank confirms, card-network rules move responsibility for a fraud-reason chargeback to the bank that approved it rather than leaving it with you. In-person sales at a register and recurring renewals are excluded — there is no cardholder present to ask, and a register sale already carries its own protection. Subscriptions authenticate the first payment only, so renewals keep running. Separately, every payment records what was sold, who bought it, and the authentication result at the time of sale, so a chargeback response is already assembled if one arrives.
