- Channel-sync to Hornblower / FareHarbor / Viator
- Voice-controlled Wall mode for wheelhouse LED panels
Replace Your Stack
One platform. Built for vessel ops.
Every booking, PMS, and bridge tool below is replaced by a module in Turtini.
Turtini charges 1% on payment volume processed through the platform. No seat fees, no module gates.
How it fits
Built for how vessel operators actually work.
Ferry & Dinner-Cruise Operators
From schedule to deck to books — one platform.
Voyages handles passes (single, multi-trip, season), excursions, USCG manifests, and Sea Miles loyalty. Channel-sync to Hornblower, FareHarbor, and Viator pulls bookings into one calendar. Onboard folios link Retail and F&B sales to the passenger record. Sales and manifest data flow straight into Accounting — no spreadsheet bridge.
Vessel Managers & Charter Fleets
PMS that follows the engine hours.
Fleet runs planned maintenance on hours- or calendar-based intervals — and engine hours from Bridge flow into PMS automatically, so service intervals never drift. Mobile photo defect reporting from any deck phone. Drydock refit projects with budget vs. actuals. SOLAS / MARPOL / ISPS certificate vault with expiry alerts before Port State Control sees them. Bunkering log feeds CII automatically.
Wheelhouse & Bridge Teams
Real-time ops with a voice-controlled wall.
Bridge is the wheelhouse OS — live AIS map, engine telemetry, alarm panel, digital watch keeping log, weather-aware voyage routing, and IMO CII / EEXI dashboard. Full-bleed Wall mode is designed for wheelhouse LED panels with voice control — so the OOW never takes hands off the throttle to log an alarm. Alarms auto-create Fleet defects; engine hours roll into PMS.
Passage Planning & Autonomy
Plan the smoothest window — then let Bridge hold the line.
Passage planning scores a route leg-by-leg against GEBCO depth, under-keel clearance, time-phased sea state, and seakeeping comfort, then scans departure offsets to find the calmest window. Auto-Transit advances a planned route inside a safety envelope you set — under-keel clearance, sea state, collision CPA, comfort floor — slowing or holding on any breach and narrating every decision in plain language. Opt into Fleet Commons and the planner learns which corridors run smooth from the anonymized experience of the wider fleet.
Ocean Cruise & Sightseeing
One passenger record across booking, voyage, and onboard.
A passenger booked on a Voyage carries the same Contact record into onboard Retail, F&B, and folio postings. Loyalty miles accrue automatically. Excursions sell as add-ons. USCG manifests generate from the passenger list with one click. Multi-vessel operators see availability and revenue per hull side-by-side without exporting to a spreadsheet.
Boarding & Onboard Experience
Phone-scanned passes, smart boarding zones, live upgrades at the gangway.
Flow turns every cabin tier, day-pass, crew badge, and excursion credential into a QR + Apple Wallet pass that any phone can scan. Access points — gangway, lounge, dining venue, excursion meeting point — enforce per-zone capacity and time windows server-side. Smart boarding zones sequence the line by travel group and cabin, so families stay together and the gangway never piles up. Sold-out cabin upgrade? Crew offers it right on the scan screen and the new entitlement is live the second the guest taps "yes."
Marina & Charter Operators
Bookings, certificates, and cost control on every hull.
Charter bookings flow through Voyages with deposits and waivers. Each vessel gets its own Fleet PMS plan, certificate vault, and bunkering log. Captain and crew tracked through Workforce with time on water. Multi-vessel margin per charter is visible in Accounting without re-keying.
Compliance built in
Class society and Coast Guard ready.
Maritime compliance isn't an add-on — it's a side effect of running daily ops in Turtini.
IMO CII / EEXI
Carbon Intensity Indicator dashboard updates from your bunkering log and engine hours. See where the next rating decay is coming before the year-end report does.
SOLAS / MARPOL / ISPS
Certificate vault with expiry alerts at 90 / 30 / 7 days. Class-society and flag-state docs in one place. Survey calendars roll up across the fleet.
Port State Control
Per-vessel PSC history with deficiency tracking, root-cause categorization, and inspection trend lines. Patterns surface across hulls before the next port.
USCG Manifests
CG-3923-compatible manifests generate from the passenger list. Crew on watch and emergency contact list export with one click — no last-minute clipboard scramble before departure.
Every cert renewal, USCG manifest, voyage plan, and bunker report exports with a Verified-by-Turtini QR + SHA-256 — independently verifiable at /verify/:id — and lands in the same hash-chained audit log as the rest of your operations. How the audit log works →
For the crew
Berths change.The account doesn’t.
A mariner who signs on with you today might be on another vessel next contract. Their paystubs, STCW certificates, training records, and personal calendar should travel with them — not get stuck on your books.
Personal lens at /me
Every crew member has a Personal context separate from the vessel’s org. Their paystubs from your operation, their pay history from prior employers (if those operators also use Turtini), training certs, and personal calendar all live here.
Cert ownership stays with the mariner
STCW, medical, basic safety training, GMDSS — the documents belong to the person, not the operator. When the mariner moves to another vessel, the new operator sees verified certificate status without re-uploading.
Crew rotation, not account churn
When a crew member’s contract ends, your Work lens on their account ends. They keep the account. You keep your operational record of their service. No deletion, no support tickets, no "where are my W-2s from 2023" two years later.
Family Shared Spaces
Crews are families away from home. A Shared Space (household / family / project) lets the mariner share their unified calendar, milestones, and groceries with the people they’re going home to — without needing to "send" anything.
