And the platform isn't only how customers engage with us. It's also how we co-sell Red Hat and Datadog through resellers, distributors, and system integrators — the same workspace, scoped per partner, with shared pipeline, shared labs, and automatic commission split.

Same platform. Two paths in.

Direct. A customer creates an org, picks the modules they need, and runs their business on Turtini. Wally configures the seed data; the team starts using it the same afternoon.

Partner-led. A reseller, distributor, or SI brings their customer onto the platform — Red Hat and Datadog flow through Turtini on the contract vehicle the customer already uses (GSA MAS, SEWP V, ITES-SW2, 2GIT, NASPO, AWS Marketplace). The customer's workspace is theirs; the partner's is theirs; co-sell deals are flagged and settle automatically when payment lands.

1. Describe your business

Type one sentence into Wally. The platform picks the right modules, seeds sample data, and wires up cross-module dependencies before your coffee is cold. No discovery workshop, no requirements gathering, no kickoff deck. The Wally builder on the home page is the live demo — it does in your browser exactly what it does after sign-up.

2. Foundation, once

Logo, EIN, sending domain, payment processor, address. Five minutes of setup; everything propagates everywhere — invoices, marketing sites, transactional emails, signed customer documents, Apple Wallet passes, your portal logo. We never ask you to enter the same data twice.

3. Domain modules, on demand

CRM, Accounting, Planning, Restaurants, Retail, Lodging, Builder, Lab Environments, Email Campaigns, Articles — every module is included from day one. Turn them on as you need them. Each module ships with sensible defaults and seeded examples so you can see what "configured" looks like before you commit to "configuring."

Wally is a voice + chat assistant that knows your data. 650+ tools across every module. Every write previews and confirms before it lands. Every action lands in a per-org, hash-chained audit trail you can verify end to end. The preview tells you whether that particular action can be undone; where it can, the undo stays open for 24 hours. We walk you through how something works first, then offer the action card if you want Wally to do it for you.

5. The partner network — how we co-sell

Turtini is a certified Red Hat partner, an authorized Carahsoft Participating Dealer, and a Datadog federal partner. The partner network has six tracks (technology, distribution, reseller, SI, module author, channel affiliate); most partners hold more than one. We don't gate access by tier fee — joining the network is free, and Turtini only earns when transactions settle. Partner orgs and customer orgs share the same platform, with field-level controls for who sees what.

For resellers and SIs, the practical mechanics: source Red Hat and Datadog through us on your customer's existing vehicle; flag opportunities as co-sell from the opportunity record; ship teaming agreements and SOWs for e-signature without leaving the platform; share lab environments and runbook templates; let Wally co-pilot the technical work during a customer call. When a co-sell deal closes, the commission split posts to both orgs' books on payment — no spreadsheet, no email tag, no quarterly reconciliation.

6. Compliance and data portability, built in

Every image upload runs through Google Vision SafeSearch before it appears to anyone. Every accounting write appends to a tamper-evident SHA-256 hash chain. Every record exports to JSON; every Builder site exports to a GitHub repo you own. You can leave clean, any time.
