About this module
The Workforce module gives your people-operations team the tools to manage the full employment lifecycle: track time with the built-in clock-in / clock-out system, manage PTO balances and requests, build shift schedules that sync to your team's calendars, and run payroll at the end of every pay period.
Because the platform knows who is online via Presence, the Workforce module can surface anomalies automatically — a team member who clocked in but isn't showing as active, or a shift that started without a clock-in.
Payroll is the part most workforce tools hand off — here it runs end to end. Wages and taxes are calculated in-house with FICA that penny-matches Gusto, workers capture their own bank details and tax info (home address and a KMS-encrypted SSN) so no one re-keys sensitive data, and each run produces an enterprise-grade branded paystub PDF. Workers are paid directly on Treasury rails instead of exported to a separate provider — payroll lives where the rest of your operations already do. Employees can also self-serve an employment verification letter on org letterhead, with a verification code, without waiting on HR.
