Callers say what they need in their own words -- there is no menu and no "press 1"

Asks for a person at any moment, and hands off on its own when it has misunderstood twice
When nobody is free it takes a name and number instead of ending the call

About this module
A caller says what they need in their own words. Voice Reception matches it against the services you listed -- in your names for them, not ours -- offers the soonest opening from the booking calendar your website already publishes, reads the appointment back, and books it only after they say yes. One calendar means the phone and the web cannot double-book each other.
What it will not do is the part worth reading twice, because it is built in rather than configured. It never reads a menu or asks anyone to press a number. It never tells a caller to hang up and dial a different department. And it never ends a call with the caller's need unmet: asking for a person transfers immediately from any point, being misunderstood twice hands off on its own, and when nobody is free it takes a name and number instead of saying goodbye.
No audio is recorded. Speech recognition happens at the carrier, so there is no call recording to store, secure, or get wrong under two-party consent law. Billing is metered by the minute at cost plus 15%, on top of your plan rather than instead of it: the module adds no charge of its own, there is no per-booking fee, and a quiet month adds nothing.
What you can do with it
A service department that books oil changes and inspections while the desk is with a customer
A clinic or salon whose front desk cannot pick up during appointments
An after-hours line that takes real bookings instead of sending everyone to voicemail
Any business whose phone tree is losing callers before they reach a person
