The carrier side of Turtini insurance — publish signal-discount offers to the marketplace and run your book without ever reading raw data.
The carrier side of Turtini insurance — a complete originator OS for any org running insurance products. Publish signal-discount offers to the consumer marketplace, run your book on aggregated qualification views, and underwrite on real signals without ever reading anyone's raw data.
What's included
Author offers with declared signal-discount tiers (for example, share HRV + sleep for 15% off auto) and publish to the consumer marketplace
A book of business with aggregated qualification views — you see who qualifies for a tier, never the raw signals
Every policy view you pull is logged on the policyholder's side; the rate ratchet is enforced by the platform
Authoring offers and reading policy views are separate capabilities
Requires the org to be an insurance carrier (apply in-module)
About this module
Underwriting lives at /insurance/carrier and is the counterpart to the consumer Insurance marketplace. On the Offers tab you author products and declare their signal-discount tiers — which shared signals earn a borrower how much off, for example "share HRV and sleep for 15% off auto" — and publish them straight to the public marketplace, where consumers see exactly those numbers and bind. Becoming a carrier is gated: your org applies through the in-module Enroll step, and once approved the authoring and book-management surfaces unlock.
The Book of business tab shows every policy you have written, but with a hard privacy boundary built into the platform. You see whether a policyholder qualifies for a discount tier — never the raw signal data behind it. The heart-rate number, the sleep score, the telematics trace all stay with the policyholder; you get the qualification result, not the inputs. And every time you pull a policyholder's view, that read is recorded on their own Carrier reads log with a timestamp, so the transparency runs both ways.
The same rate-ratchet invariants the consumer sees are enforced for you in code: each policy's baseline is an immutable ceiling, sharing only ever lowers the premium, and a policyholder revoking a signal never triggers a surcharge. Authoring offers and reading policy views are separate capabilities, so you can let an analyst design products without granting access to policyholder data. You compete on rate and product, not on how much of someone's life you can extract.
