About this module
Stage is a video meeting built directly into the platform, not a separate app you bolt on. Start an instant room or schedule one and it lands on your calendar; invitees get a calendar file and a join link by email. Everyone joins from the browser — no download — by clicking the link or typing a human-friendly meeting code. Inside the call you get a video grid that scales with the room and the controls you expect: mic, camera, and leave. Because Stage runs on a real selective-forwarding media server, it stays clean as the room grows instead of degrading into a peer-to-peer mesh.
The signature touch is walk-on music. Record a personal three-second sting — trimmed entirely in your browser from any audio file — and it plays to the whole room the moment you arrive, like a player intro. It is yours and it is portable: it follows you into any meeting, in any org, and each participant brings their own. You decide whether it plays to everyone or just you.
