About this module

Stage is a complete video meeting built directly into Turtini, not a separate app you bolt on. Start an instant room or schedule one and it lands on your calendar; invitees get a calendar file and a join link by email. Everyone joins from the browser — no download — by clicking the link or typing a human-friendly meeting code. Inside the call you get everything you expect from Meet or Teams: a scaling video grid with a grid ↔ speaker toggle, mic and camera with a device picker, screen share that appears as its own tile, in-call chat, emoji reactions and raise-hand, and live polls. Because Stage runs on a real selective-forwarding media server, it stays clean as the room grows instead of degrading into a peer-to-peer mesh.

Hosts get real moderation. Switch on a waiting room so guests knock and you admit them, mute everyone in one tap, mute or remove an individual, and lock the meeting to new joiners. Capture the conversation two ways: record your own view to a file, or have a server-side recorder bot capture the whole meeting so it keeps going even if you close your tab. Turn on live captions and the room transcribes itself — each person's own device handling their own mic — and save the finished transcript straight to your Personal Docs with one tap.

Then Stage goes where a normal meeting cannot, because it sits inside the system that runs your business. Flip on Webinar mode and guests join watch-only — you promote them to speak with a tap, and the header shows your live audience count. Open the Show-Runner to drive a producer's rundown of timed segments with an on-air countdown and broadcast lower-thirds. Hit Go Live and the whole call broadcasts to a Live Stream block on your own website. Drop a "Talk to us live" block on your public site and visitors ring your team straight into a call. And when money is on the line, build a quote and take a Stripe payment by QR right in the meeting, or post a charge to a guest's lodging folio — without leaving the call. There are even in-call games for the human moments: an applause meter that turns the room's reactions into live voting rounds with a leaderboard (made for demo days and pitch nights), and Read the Room, a quick guess-the-spectrum party game that makes a painless icebreaker.

Through it all, Wally can watch the conversation live and turn it into action: cards for tasks, CRM notes, and follow-up holds surface as the call happens, and a recap files itself to the bound record when you leave. And the touches only Turtini can do round it out — a personal three-second walk-on sting, trimmed in your browser and portable across every org; scheduling that reads every calendar you've connected and suggests times that are actually free; invitees who land in the meeting chat whether or not they make the call. The same way you own your documents, your CRM, and your athlete dossier on Turtini, you own the meeting and everything that comes out of it — no third-party note-taker sitting in on your conversations.
