Your entertainment identity, bound to your account. Authorize your apps once and they are ready and one-tap signed-in on any TV you sit down at — and your home TV. We never store your passwords.
Your entertainment identity, bound to your account instead of a device. Authorize each of your streaming apps once — through the app's own activation flow, so no password is ever handed over or stored — and they come with you: ready and one-tap signed-in on any TV you sit down at, and your home TV. A global kill-switch, personal channels, and a watch-history control that is off by default.
What's included
Connect each streaming app once through the vendor's own device-activation flow — never a password we store
Your apps come with you: ready and one-tap signed-in on any property TV and your home TV
A global disconnect-all kill-switch that signs you out everywhere in one tap
Personal channels — favorites, home cameras, and input shortcuts, laid out the way you like
Whether the properties you visit can tailor recommendations to your watch history is yours to control, off by default
About this module
Screen lives at /me/screen and moves your streaming apps off the television and onto you. Today, signing into a hotel-room TV means typing passwords on a remote and forgetting to sign back out. Screen replaces that: you connect each app once, on your own account, and that authorization is what follows you — so any property TV you sit down at, and the TV at home, is ready with your apps already signed in for you. What makes it safe is what it does NOT do: connecting an app runs the vendor's own device-activation flow — a short code and a link you confirm on the vendor's surface — and Turtini stores only the link state and a provider handle. It never takes or stores your password.
You stay in control of what is connected and where. Disconnect a single app from its row, or hit the global "disconnect all my screens" kill-switch to sign out of every app on every TV in one tap — the thing you want the moment you check out of a hotel or lose a device. Reconnecting is the same quick activation flow, and because no credential was ever stored, nothing sensitive is left behind on a TV you have walked away from.
Screen is also yours to arrange. Personal channels — favorites, a home camera feed, a TV input, an app shortcut — lay your screen out the way you like, and that layout travels with your account to every TV rather than living on one set. Whether the properties you visit may tailor recommendations to your watch history is a single toggle, and it is off by default; turn it on if you want better suggestions, off to keep your history private, and flip it anytime. It is account-for-life: your entertainment identity is yours, portable, and private on your terms.
