The CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) builder pulls from your Product catalog so line items are always priced correctly. Add custom line items, apply discounts, include payment terms, and generate a branded PDF in one click. Email it directly from the platform or share a link.

When the quote becomes an invoice, mark payments as they arrive and the status updates automatically. Your accounting module picks up every transaction automatically, so there's no double-entry between your quoting tool and your books.

Invoice payments above a threshold you set are put through 3-D Secure, so the buyer's bank confirms the cardholder before the money moves — usually with nothing shown to the buyer at all. When the bank confirms, responsibility for a fraud-reason chargeback sits with the bank that approved the card rather than with you. Every payment also records the line items, the buyer, and the authentication result as it happens, so a dispute months later is answered from the facts instead of from memory.
