Publish a day-by-day program of shows, activities, dining, spa, and excursions structured by your itinerary — and let guests reserve off it. One schedule over a cruise sailing, a guided tour, a festival, a camp, or a multi-day conference.
Publish a day-by-day program of shows, activities, dining, spa, and excursions structured by your itinerary, and let guests reserve straight off it. Each agenda item is a thin pointer at something you already sell rather than a copy of it, so a Reserve tap routes into that activity's existing booking flow and the program itself never books and never charges.
What's included
Lays out each day of your itinerary — cruise sailing, day cruise, festival, camp, or conference — as a time-slot timeline
Each agenda item is a thin pointer at something you already sell — an excursion, a show, a spa treatment, a dining seating — never a copy
Guests browse the program by day and reserve off it, routing straight into the existing booking flow for that activity
Reservations settle through the same money path they always did (guest folio, card) — the program never charges
Info items for announcements, muster times, and port arrivals sit right alongside the bookable ones
Publish per day or per item; nothing shows to guests until you publish
A guest's reservations flow to their personal "My Day" — no add-to-calendar step
About this module
Bind the program to an itinerary — a multi-day sailing, a single-day voyage, or a plain date range for a festival, camp, or multi-day conference — and the module resolves the days for you and lays each one out as a time-slot timeline. Bookable items sit next to information items, so muster times, port arrivals, and announcements live on the same schedule as the show at eight and the morning snorkel trip. You publish per day or per item, and nothing is visible to a guest until you publish it. The item editor auto-saves every keystroke with a status pill, so building tomorrow is not an exercise in remembering to save.
The design decision that matters is that the program is a projection, never a second copy. Each bookable item carries a reference to an already-published catalog entry — an excursion listing, a show or event, a spa service, a dining seating — plus which existing booking flow a Reserve tap should route to. Change a price, a capacity, or a start time in the module that owns it and the program reflects it, because there was never a duplicate to update. This is the difference between a daily schedule that stays true for a whole season and one that slowly diverges from what the property is actually selling.
Guests browse the program by day and reserve off it. Reserving hands them to the underlying flow, which books and collects exactly as it always did — through the guest account or a card, whichever that flow already uses. The program moves no money and creates no bookings of its own, which keeps the money path singular and auditable. What the guest gets back is their reservation on their personal My Day and in their unified calendar automatically, with no add-to-calendar step and nothing to re-enter.
What you can do with it
A cruise line publishes each sea day and port day with shows, dining seatings, spa slots, and shore excursions on one schedule
A festival publishes its daily lineup and lets attendees reserve sessions off it
A summer camp publishes a daily agenda parents and campers read from the same place
A multi-day conference publishes its agenda with bookable sessions alongside plenary announcements
An expedition operator posts landing windows and briefings as information items beside the bookable activities
