About this module
Production lives at /production and runs a creative studio from the first booking to the final payment. On the Shoots tab you book a photo, video, or hybrid shoot, attach the client from Contacts, and select a package so the price and deliverables are set from the start. After the shoot you import your captures and Production auto-culls them against the personal style profile you build in Design Studio — it pushes your keepers forward and sets the throwaways aside, so you start from a short list instead of thousands of frames.
Delivery is gated and on your own site. Publish the selects as a client gallery on your Builder site, visible only to that client, where they browse and mark favorites that come back to you for the final edit or order. The Galleries tab keeps every published gallery in one place, and the Packages tab defines what a client gets and what it costs so there is no renegotiating at delivery.
The paperwork and payment are handled in the same flow. The Releases tab sends model, location, and property releases for signature — your subject, venue, or property owner signs in the browser, and the signed release is filed against the shoot so your usage rights are documented. When the work is delivered, you invoice it like any other sale on the platform, and with Stripe connected the client pays straight from the invoice and it posts to Accounting. Booking, culling, delivery, releases, and payment all live under one roof.
