About this module
Lending lives at /lending and gives an org everything it needs to extend credit on Turtini. Author products — installment loans, lines of credit, BNPL, invoice financing — and publish them straight to the borrower marketplace, where you set the baseline APR, the floor, the amount band and term, the origination fee, and exactly which shared signals earn a borrower a lower rate. The platform splits your baseline-to-floor gap across the signals you choose, so a borrower who shares more simply qualifies for less of your spread. Underwriting runs automatically and risk-tiers each application; the ones that need a human land in a review queue where your team approves or declines with an offered rate and limit.
The loan book runs itself. When a loan originates, a disbursement journal entry posts to Accounting — loans receivable against cash, with origination-fee income broken out — and every repayment posts a matching entry splitting principal from interest income, all balanced and traced back to the source loan. A nightly job accrues interest and flags delinquency. Disbursement and repayment move over ACH with borrower autopay, and the money rails run at cost: there is no per-transaction toll layered on top of moving someone's money.
Crucially, you underwrite without surveilling. You never read a borrower's raw financial stream — only an aggregated qualification view that tells you which signals they have shared and how much each lowers your spread, and every time you pull that view it is logged on the borrower's side. The same APR-ratchet invariants the borrower sees are enforced for you: the baseline you quote is a ceiling, sharing only lowers, and a borrower revoking a signal never triggers a surcharge. You compete on rate and product, not on how much of someone's life you can extract.
What you can do with it
Publish an installment loan or line of credit to the borrower marketplace in one form
Set which shared signals earn a rate cut and let automated underwriting risk-tier every application
Work a manual-review queue, approving or declining with an offered APR and limit
Watch disbursement and repayment journal entries post to Accounting automatically as the book moves
Pull an aggregated, audited qualification view on a borrower without ever touching their raw bank data
