One-tap "Hand to customer" toggle swaps between staff-led entry and customer-led entry mid-form. The same form works on a service-counter iPad, at a trade-show booth, or as a public link.
Ask for anything: short answers, choices, a payment, or a file — add a File attachment field and the person uploads a signed waiver, a resume, or a certificate of insurance right on the form. Build fast, too: drag questions into the order you want, duplicate a form to spin up a near-identical one without starting over, and delete the ones you are done with — all from the forms page.
