Stand up employee health benefits in minutes — a plan slate tailored to your company, not a generic broker quote.
The employer side of health and benefits — an owner or admin builds a plan slate tailored to the company, sponsors the plans, sets an employer contribution and enrollment window, and opens the year. Employees discover and enroll from their own personal insurance surface, with the cost split computed for them. It is the org-side counterpart to Turtini's personal Insurance marketplace.
What's included
Build a benefits slate ranked by YOUR company — size, business age, geography, and verified EIN, read straight from your org and workforce
Pick the plans to sponsor, set an employer contribution and an enrollment window, and open a plan year
Workers enroll from their own /me/insurance → My benefits; the employee/employer cost split is computed for you
Built-in guardrail: ACA major-medical is community-rated, so employee health data can only match a plan or earn wellness rewards — it can never raise a premium
Carriers and brokers are network counterparties; binding real coverage needs a licensed producer (dormant until wired)
About this module
Group Benefits lives at /benefits and is where an employer sponsors coverage without a broker standing between them and their own plan design. Build a plan slate matched to your company — ranked by employee count, business age, geography, and your verified EIN, all read from the org and workforce records you already have — pick the plans to sponsor, set an employer contribution percentage and an enrollment window, and open the benefit year. Workers see it under "My benefits" on their personal /me/insurance surface and enroll themselves, with the employee-and-employer cost split calculated server-side from family size and your contribution.
The guardrail is the whole point, and it is built in rather than promised. ACA major-medical coverage is guaranteed-issue and community-rated by law, so on Turtini shared health signals can never price it — they can only improve plan matching and wellness incentives. No employee's health data ever touches what the company or anyone else pays for major medical. Ancillary products like life, disability, and critical-illness are underwritten differently and behave accordingly, and the line between the two is enforced by the product class, not by a policy nobody reads.
Employees never expose health information to their employer to get covered, and the employer never has to become an insurance expert to offer real benefits. Carriers and brokers plug in as network counterparties; live binding lights up once a licensed producer agreement is in place. Until then you can build, preview, and understand the entire benefits motion end to end.
