The owner runs /me/dogs: profile, vaccinations with booster reminders, vet visits, weight, medications with a dose tracker and missed-dose alerts, walk history, and a scannable collar tag.
The dog is the canonical record — the business only ever holds a permissioned view via a grant the owner can revoke.
