Coworking-space OS — spaces, desks, offices and meeting rooms, membership plans, and members. Tenant orgs running out of your space link by permission, and self-serve from your own website.

The operating system for a shared-workspace business — a Nexudus-class tool built into Turtini. Coworking runs your spaces, desks, offices, and meeting rooms; your membership plans and pricing; your members and multi-seat tenant companies; room bookings and door access; and recurring billing that posts straight to your books. Members self-serve from a portal you can embed on your own website.

What's included

Spaces -> resource types -> individual desks, offices, and meeting rooms with live status

Membership plans (hot desk, dedicated desk, private office, virtual office, day pass) with included meeting-room credits

Members with status pipeline (lead -> active -> paused -> cancelled), assigned to dedicated resources

Tenant orgs link by permission (linkedOrgId) — the space holds a view, never a copy of the tenant's data

Reuses Turtini billing, CRM leads, check-in/QR access, community events, and accounting

About this module

Coworking lives at /coworking and models a space the way you actually run one: spaces (each location you operate), resource types (templates like Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, Private Office, Meeting Room, Virtual Office, each with capacity, amenities, and a rate), and the individual resources realized from them, each with a live status. Plans are the tariffs members sign up on — a price on a monthly, annual, or daily cycle, with a bucket of included meeting-room credit hours. Members carry a status pipeline from lead to active to paused to cancelled, and tenant companies hold several seats at once, billed per-seat or consolidated into one invoice.

Because it is built into Turtini rather than bolted on, Coworking reuses the whole platform automatically. A tour with a walk-in prospect posts straight to your CRM as a contact and an opportunity. Door access uses the same QR/NFC check-in the rest of the platform uses, logging every tap. Room bookings draw down included credits first and bill the overage, guarded by a transactional lock so nothing double-books. And billing is hands-off: a daily run invoices every member and consolidated company whose cycle has come due, takes payment through Stripe Checkout on the space's connected account, and posts the accounts-receivable, cash, and fee journal entries to Accounting without a manual touch.

The member portal is where the model pays off. Members and tenant-company admins manage everything themselves — membership, credits, bookings, seats, and invoice payment — from /me/coworking or from a Builder block dropped onto your own website. Tenant companies that also run on Turtini link by permission: the space holds a view of the member, never a copy of the company's data. It is the difference between administering a space and operating one that largely runs itself.

What you can do with it

  • Run several locations, each with its own desks, offices, meeting rooms, hours, and tax settings

  • Sell hot-desk, dedicated-desk, private-office, virtual-office, and day-pass plans with included meeting-room credits

  • Bill a five-seat tenant company as one consolidated monthly invoice, or each seat on its own

  • Capture a tour lead that lands in your CRM pipeline, then convert it to an active member

  • Let members book rooms, pay invoices, and manage seats from a portal embedded on your own site
