Run a licensed gaming property's player program — players, loyalty tiers, ratings, comps against comp budgets, hosts, offers, reinvestment reporting, and account-bound player banking.

The management software for a licensed gaming property's player program — the loyalty, comp-accounting, and player-banking layer, not the games themselves. Players are your unified Contacts, ratings capture each session, comps issue against real budgets, hosts carry a book with an authority limit, and winnings bind to the player's account rather than to a card or ticket they can lose.

What's included

Players are your unified Contacts — one record for the player card, loyalty, and folio, never a copy

Player ratings capture each session (game, average bet, duration, theoretical + actual win) and accrue points

Property-defined loyalty tiers with point thresholds and an ADT (average daily theoretical) worth metric

Comps — free play, food & beverage, lodging, event — issued against comp budgets, with folio-eligible comps posting to the guest folio

Hosts with a book of assigned players, a per-comp authority limit, and reinvestment performance

Targeted offers to player segments (by tier + ADT) with redemption tracking

Host-to-player messaging over email and text, under your property's brand — with a two-lane consent gate that never markets to a self-excluded player and honors every unsubscribe and STOP

Player Banking — winnings bind to the player account, not a bearer card or ticket, with an authenticated cash-out and an append-only ledger

Reinvestment reporting — comps as a % of theoretical win, the core casino-marketing metric

About this module

A player here is not a separate record. They are the same Contact as the hotel guest and the restaurant guest, carrying a casino profile — player card number, loyalty tier, points, average daily theoretical, assigned host — rather than a duplicate that drifts out of sync with the rest of the property. Play is recorded as ratings: game, average bet, duration, theoretical win, actual win. Those ratings drive points, tier progression against property-defined thresholds, and comp eligibility, so the worth number a host acts on comes from recorded sessions instead of a hand-written estimate.

Comps are accounted for rather than handed out. Free play, food and beverage, lodging, and event comps issue against comp budgets, and folio-eligible comps post through the same folio bus every other on-property charge uses, so a comped dinner is a real line on the guest's account and not an untracked favor. Hosts carry a book of assigned players and a per-comp authority limit, and their reinvestment performance is measurable. Offers target segments by tier and worth with redemption tracked. Host-to-player messaging goes out over email and text under the property's own brand, through a two-lane consent gate enforced server-side: a self-excluded player is never marketed to, service messages still reach players who need them, and every unsubscribe and STOP is honored.

Player Banking is the part that changes the guest's experience most. Winnings bind to the player's account rather than to a bearer card or a printed ticket, with an authenticated cash-out and an append-only ledger behind it. A dropped ticket or a demagnetized card stops being a lost balance. Reporting closes the loop on the whole program with the metric casino marketing actually runs on — reinvestment, comps as a percentage of theoretical win — alongside theo and active players. The floor's games and slot systems stay where they belong, on the certified systems that run them; this module is the player program around them.

What you can do with it

  • Rate a player's session and have points, tier progress, and comp eligibility update from the recorded play

  • Issue a food-and-beverage comp against a host's budget and watch it post to the guest's folio

  • Give each host a book of players and a comp authority limit they cannot quietly exceed

  • Send a targeted offer to a tier-and-worth segment and track who redeemed it

  • Pay winnings to the player's account so a lost ticket is not a lost balance

  • Report reinvestment as comps against theoretical win, by host and by segment
