About this module
List your equipment, vehicles, buildings or aircraft with their cost, in-service date and useful life, and choose the depreciation method you and your accountant use. Each month the close proposes exactly the amount the register shows, and the monthly auto-post books the same figure. Turtini does the arithmetic and ships no tax tables.
Give an asset a usage unit and a reserve rate and you see, month by month, whether the next big maintenance event is covered and what rate would cover it. A replacement forecast shows when each asset reaches the end of its life and what replacing it will cost then, with anything already past its life flagged.
Capital requests follow your approval tiers, and the person who asked can never approve their own request; change the amount and it has to be approved again. Lease vs buy compares the two at your own discount rate, and the liquidity runway shows how long cash plus undrawn credit stays above your minimum.
