Follow outside publishers by topic and turn what they cover into your own briefed articles.
Follow the publishers who cover your beat. Turtini reads their RSS feeds, filters to the topics you care about, and hands you a review queue — you decide what becomes an article, and the publisher and reporter are credited with a link back to the original.
What's included
Subscribe to a publisher's RSS feed and filter it to the topics you cover
Every match lands in a review queue — nothing publishes without an editor
Credit the publisher and reporter in the byline, with a link back to the original

About this module
Article Sources extends the Articles module with a way to keep up with everyone else covering your world. Subscribe to a publisher's own RSS feed, tell Turtini which topics you cover, and matching items collect in a queue for your editor to work from.
Nothing publishes on its own. Every item is a draft an editor approves, because what goes out under your masthead is your responsibility — and because the article, once published, also becomes a page on your site and goes out to your social accounts.
It works from what publishers offer for syndication — the feed's own headline and summary — and your article is your own writing around a short quote and a prominent link to the original. Credit goes in the byline: the publisher, the reporter, and a link back. If a publisher's robots.txt asks automated readers to stay away, Turtini will not add them as a source.
What you can do with it
Follow a local paper and see only the stories on your beat
Turn what other outlets cover into your own briefed piece, with credit
Keep an editor in the loop on every article before it publishes
Skip items mentioning terms you never want to cover
