Parent and child organizations
If you run more than one organization on Turtini — a holding company and its subsidiaries, a franchise and its locations, a parent nonprofit and its chapters — you can model that structure directly.
Setting it up:
Settings → Workspace → Organization hierarchy. From an org you administer you can name its parent organization and see every child organization linked beneath it. The hierarchy admin shows the full tree so you can confirm the structure at a glance.
What it's for:
The hierarchy is the backbone for group-level views — rolling reporting and shared context upward from children to a parent. It's a structural link between Turtini orgs, each of which keeps its own modules, members, and data.
Not the same as account hierarchy:
This is about your own organizations. Linking customer companies into parent/subsidiary relationships inside the CRM is a separate feature — see "Parent and child accounts" under Accounts.
