Workspace Files — drive-like document store inside your org

Workspace Files is a drive-style file/folder hierarchy that lives inside your Workspace module. It's the place to keep shared documents that don't belong to a specific record (uploaded contracts in their final form, vendor W-2s, brand assets, scans, decks, anything you'd otherwise email around).

What's there:
• A folder tree on the left, grid of contents on the right, breadcrumbs at the top.
• Drag-and-drop upload from your desktop. Max 100 MB per file. Images go through the platform-wide moderation pipeline before becoming visible.
• Drag-to-move — grab any file or folder row and drop it onto another folder (in the tree, in the grid, or onto a breadcrumb) to move it.
• In-app preview — click any image, PDF, video, audio, or text file to open it in a modal preview without leaving the page. Other types show metadata + a download button.
• Rename, delete (recursive), and "New folder" actions live in the row's right-click menu and the toolbar above the grid.

Version history:
When you replace a file (drag a new version onto an existing one, or use Replace from the row menu), the previous storage object is archived to a Versions list under that file. From the file's "History" panel you can preview any prior version and restore it back into place — the current version is then archived in turn.

Sharing outside the org:
Mint a public read-only share link from any file's row menu (see "Sharing a workspace file with someone outside your org"). Folder ACLs control sharing inside the org (see "Folder access control — who can see what inside the workspace").

Quick ways to find things:
• Click in the search box at the top to filter the current folder by name.
• Ask Wally — "where's the Q4 deck?" or "find the contract with Acme" runs a search across the org's full workspace and returns the matches with their folder paths. (Wally only sees files you have access to.)
