Talent reviews, calibration, and succession
The **Talent** tab on /workforce is your talent-management surface — assessing people on performance and potential, calibrating across the org, and planning succession for key roles.
• **9-box** — place each worker on the performance × potential grid. It leans on the foundations you've already built: positions, skills, and performance ratings all feed the assessment.
• **Calibration** — review placements together so ratings mean the same thing across managers, instead of every manager grading on their own curve.
• **Succession** — for critical positions, name and rank successors (ready now / ready soon / development needed) so you know your bench before a seat opens.
Talent builds on the org-design foundations (positions, job profiles, skills) and Performance ratings — set those up first and the Talent tab has the data it needs.
