Run engagement surveys (pulse + eNPS)
The **Engagement** tab on /workforce lets you run pulse surveys and measure employee sentiment, including eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score).
Create and launch a survey from the tab. Workers respond from their personal surface at /me/pulse — they see their active surveys and submit answers there. Responses are **structurally anonymous**: the data model doesn't tie a response back to the person who gave it, so people can answer honestly.
Results roll up into the engagement metrics on the Analytics tab (eNPS, participation), so you can track sentiment over time and by segment without ever exposing individual answers.
Keep surveys short and frequent — pulse beats an annual mega-survey for catching problems early.
