People analytics

The **Analytics** tab on /workforce gives owners and admins a live read on the workforce — computed on demand from your existing data, with no separate reporting setup.

What it surfaces:

• **Headcount** — total, by department, open vs filled vs budgeted positions
• **Movement** — turnover, attrition, average tenure
• **Structure** — span of control across managers
• **Pay** — compa-ratio against position bands
• **Talent & engagement** — 9-box distribution, eNPS
• **Leave** — utilization across types

Each metric is calculated from the org-design, compensation, talent, engagement, and leave data you already maintain — so it's always current, and there are no extra collections to keep in sync. Use the **Explain** action to have Wally narrate what the numbers mean and what's worth watching.
