Adding hours manually

If a worker forgot to clock in, or you need to log hours for a day that has already passed, use Add Hours to create a time entry without going through the live clock-in/clock-out flow.

Adding hours:
1. Workforce → Time → Add Hours (button in the top-right of the Time tab)
2. Select the worker
3. Pick the date
4. Enter the start time and end time
5. Optionally add notes
6. Save — the entry is created immediately as a closed entry with duration and wages already calculated

Rules:
• End time must be after start time
• Wages are calculated the same way as a normal clock-out (hourly rate × duration)
• Only admins can add hours for other workers
