Log a meal with a photo

The fastest way to track what you eat is to take a picture of it.

Snap and log:
• On the Meals tab, add a meal and snap (or upload) a photo of your plate. Wally looks at it and names the ingredients and portion sizes, then estimates the macros — calories, protein, carbs, fat — and logs them to your day.
• Adjust anything Wally got slightly off; your edits stick.

Menu Scan:
• Eating out? The Menu Scan tab reads a restaurant menu and helps you pick something that fits your goals before you order.

Where it shows up:
• Logged meals roll into the Today tab's macro totals and into any meal plan you're following on My Plan.

A privacy note:
• Meal photos pass through the platform's image-moderation pipeline like every other upload. Your food log stays in your Personal context; a practitioner only sees it if you grant the Meals scope under My Circle.
