Wally — your AI org assistant

Wally is Turtini's built-in AI assistant. Ask it anything about your org — contacts, deals, invoices, projects, events, and more.

Opening Wally:
• Click the chat bubble icon in the top navigation bar (to the left of the notification bell)
• Wally slides in from the right as a panel — your current page stays visible on the left

What Wally can help with:
• Answering questions about your org's data ("What are my open opportunities?")
• Summarizing activity ("What happened this week?")
• Drafting emails, proposals, or messages
• Explaining features and walking through workflows
• General business advice

Chat history:
• Every conversation is saved automatically and accessible via the history icon (clock) in the Wally panel header
• Click any past conversation to pick up where you left off
• Start a fresh conversation at any time with the "+" button

Navigating with Wally:
• When Wally references a record (like a contact or invoice), it provides a clickable link — click it to navigate directly to that record without closing Wally

Wally is powered by Claude (Anthropic). It may occasionally make mistakes — always verify important figures against the source data.
