Asking Wally to manage boards and groups

Wally can read and act on boards and user groups directly through chat — no need to switch pages.

Boards (anything Wally can do here surfaces a confirm-first action card before applying):
• "List my boards" — Wally returns the boards visible to you (own + partner-shared)
• "Add a card called Renew Acme contract to the Sales Pipeline board" — Wally drafts the card and links it to the right list, ready to confirm
• "Move the Acme card to In Review" — Wally proposes the move
• "Assign the Acme card to Maya" — Wally proposes the assignment

User groups:
• "List my groups" — Wally returns the groups in your org
• "Create a group called Proposal Team" — Wally drafts the new group, ready to confirm
• "Add Maya and Tom to the Proposal Team group" — Wally proposes the membership update; works for partner-org members too

Every write goes through the standard PendingActionCard pattern — Wally never silently mutates your data. You see exactly what would change, click "Do it" to apply, or dismiss to cancel.

The tool surface is gated by the consuming module (boards, userGroups). If your org doesn't have the relevant module enabled, Wally will say so when you ask it to act.
