Can I undo what Wally just did?
Some Wally actions can be undone and some cannot, and the card tells you which BEFORE you confirm.
**Read the card**
Every action card Wally shows you carries one of two lines under the details:
- *"You can undo this for 24 hours after it runs."* — after it completes, the confirmation shows an **undo** link. Press it any time in the next 24 hours and the change is reversed.
- *"This one cannot be undone."* — the action is a one-way door. Read the details above the line carefully; once you press **Do it**, reversing it means editing the record by hand.
**Why the difference**
Undo is written per action, not once for the system. Adding a note can be reversed by deleting the note; sending an email cannot be un-sent, and a payment that has already moved cannot be pulled back by us. Rather than pretend otherwise, Wally states which kind you are holding while you can still choose.
**After the 24 hours**
The undo window closes and the action becomes permanent, even for actions that were reversible. The record of it stays in the activity log forever either way.
**Where to see what you did**
Everything Wally commits is recorded. Org admins can read the full ledger — including the exact arguments used, who confirmed it, and what it wrote to — under **Admin -> Wally Activity**.
