Expanding Wally to a full-screen view

By default, Wally slides in as a 420px-wide panel on the right side of the page so you can keep working in the main view. On larger screens you can expand it to take the full width when you want a chat-first experience — useful for long conversations, code review, or scanning attachments.

To expand:
Click the expand icon in the Wally header (the diagonal arrows pointing outward) — Wally slides out to fill the screen.

To collapse back to the side panel:
Click the same icon (now showing arrows pointing inward).

Notes:
• When expanded, the message thread and input box are constrained to a comfortable reading width so very long lines don't stretch across the whole screen
• Expand is desktop-only — on phones, Wally always opens as a full-screen overlay (the icon is hidden)
• The expanded state only persists while the drawer is open; reopening Wally puts you back in the standard side panel

Closing Wally entirely:
The × button in the header always closes the drawer regardless of expand state.
