Meet Wally — your Turtini assistant

Wally is the AI assistant built into every page of Turtini. Open it any time from the chat-bubble button in the top navigation bar (just left of the notification bell) — the Wally panel slides in from the right while your current page stays visible.

What Wally does:
• Answers questions about Turtini features, your org's data, and general business topics
• Looks up your accounts, contacts, opportunities, and quotes
• Adds notes, creates tasks, schedules meetings, and moves deals through your pipeline — with a confirmation step before anything writes
• Drafts emails, agendas, summaries, and recaps grounded in your actual records
• Briefs you on what's on your plate today and how your pipeline is shaping up
• Searches across every CRM module at once when you don't know which one to look in

Wally is read-only by default for unauthenticated visitors and full-power for signed-in members. Every action it takes on your records is logged and reversible for 24 hours.
