Designing your wallet pass

Every pass Turtini issues — event tickets, memberships, gift cards, athlete IDs — can carry your brand instead of the default Turtini blue. You design it once and every pass across every module picks it up.

Where to find it:

Settings → Integrations → "Wallet pass design". A live preview on the right shows exactly what an attendee's Apple Wallet pass will look like, and it updates as you type.

What you can set:

• **Color** — choose "Auto from brand" to use your org's brand color, or "Custom" to pick a specific color. Either way, Turtini automatically picks the text color (light or dark) for legibility — your pass text is always readable on your background, with no guesswork. The preview shows the contrast score.
• **Logo** — your brand logo appears on the pass. Leave it blank to use the logo already on your brand profile, or paste a specific URL (a transparent PNG looks best).
• **Support contact** — shown on the back of the pass so holders know how to reach you.
• **Back-of-pass fields** — add extra rows (label + value) that appear when someone taps the pass over.
• **Links** — add tappable links (label + URL) on the back of the pass.

Click "Save pass design". New passes use the new design right away. For Flow events, an event's own brand color takes priority for that event's passes, so a single event can look distinct while everything else follows the org brand.

Note: how a pass is technically issued (under Turtini's Apple/Google identity or your own) is configured just below, in the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet sections.
