Your Turtini Wallet
Your Wallet is a prepaid balance you can spend across Turtini. Open it at /wallet (in the menu under "Wallet").
You have a wallet for yourself and one for each organization you belong to — switch between them at the top of the page.
What you can do:
• Add funds — choose an amount and pay by card. Your balance updates a moment after payment.
• See your balance and a full activity ledger — every credit and debit, always visible.
• Send funds wallet-to-wallet — top up someone else's wallet, or move credit to your org's wallet.
• Withdraw to your card — refund unused balance back to the card you added it with. Tap Withdraw, enter an amount (or Max), and we refund it against your own top-ups, newest first. It can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
A note on withdrawals: only funds you added yourself can be refunded to a card. Gifted balance (money someone sent you) stays in your wallet to spend or send — anything that can't go back to a card is simply returned to your balance, so you're never left short.
Spending it: wallet balance pays for Turtini services (like ad spend). Spending it at other Turtini businesses' checkouts is rolling out — when it's on, "Pay with wallet" appears as an option at checkout, just like a gift card.
Annual budgets: orgs can prepay for a year and have Turtini release a set monthly budget automatically — handy for managing ad spend without topping up every month.
Everything is a visible ledger entry — no hidden balances, no surprises.
