What Voice Reception costs

Voice Reception bills for what the line actually uses: the minutes your phone spends on calls, at the carrier and speech cost plus Turtini's 15%. A month with no calls adds nothing.

This is on top of your Turtini plan, not instead of it. Your plan price is set by the size of your organization and turning Voice Reception on does not change it -- there is no additional charge for the module itself and no per-booking fee. What you see is the usage, and it appears on your org's monthly usage record beside every other metered service.

The meter is on the line, not on your team, so adding staff who answer the phone does not change what Voice Reception costs.
