USCG passenger manifests + onboard folios

Every scheduled voyage has a manifest — the canonical passenger list the USCG requires for vessels carrying more than six passengers in U.S. waters.

Manifest contents:
• Each passenger's full legal name, date of birth, gender
• Passport / ID type and number (international voyages)
• Emergency contact
• Special needs (mobility, dietary, medical)
• Cabin assignment (cruise / overnight) or seat assignment (ferry / day-trip)

eNOA/D:
For international voyages, the manifest exports as an eNOA/D (electronic Notice of Arrival/Departure) compatible XML to file with USCG NVMC. Generate on the Schedule tab → voyage → Manifest → Export eNOA/D.

Onboard folios:
For overnight or multi-day voyages (cruises, dinner cruises with bar tabs), each passenger has a folio — a running tab for onboard purchases (drinks, gift shop, spa, excursions). Settle at end of voyage with the credit card on file from the booking.

Cross-feed to Accounting:
Settled folios post as an Invoice in Accounting tagged with the voyage ID. This lets you reconcile per-voyage revenue without manual roll-up.
