Excursion catalog + channel sync
Excursions is the FareHarbor-style activity catalog — every shore excursion or onboard activity you offer with capacity, price, and channel sync to the major OTAs.
For each excursion:
• Title, description, photos, duration
• Capacity per departure
• Pricing (with optional adult / child / senior tiers)
• Schedule (one-off or recurring weekly)
• Restrictions (age, mobility, weather)
Channel sync — the OTA half:
Voyages connects to:
• Hornblower — sister-cruise/dinner-cruise channel for compatible operators
• FareHarbor — generalist activity OTA (Booking Holdings)
• Viator — TripAdvisor's tour OTA
When you publish an excursion, capacity flows to the connected channels. When a booking lands on FareHarbor, it shows up on the Bookings tab here. No double-keying.
Cross-feed to Voyages bookings:
A FareHarbor booking against an excursion linked to a vessel shows on that vessel's manifest. This matters at sea — the captain knows exactly how many extra passengers come aboard for the shore-excursion package.
Pricing inheritance:
Excursions can inherit your pricing tiers (Standard / Premium / VIP) from the vessel record so a single price change cascades.
