Getting started with Voyages
Voyages is the cruise / ferry / sightseeing OS — vessels, scheduled voyages, multi-trip and season passes, excursions, onboard folios, and Sea Miles loyalty.
Enabling Voyages:
1. Settings → Modules → enable Voyages
2. Voyages appears in the main nav at /voyages
The tabs:
• Dashboard — booked / sailed / revenue overview
• Fleet — your vessels, themed branding, pricing tiers
• Schedule — every day cruise you offer (one-off or recurring)
• Sailings — multi-day departures sold by cabin category (itineraries, cabin types, occupancy fares, deposit + balance schedules)
• Bookings — tickets, passes, and excursion reservations
• Passes — multi-trip / season / commuter passes
• Excursions — FareHarbor-style activity catalog
• Sea Miles — passenger loyalty program
• Channels — Hornblower / FareHarbor / Viator sync
• Settings — manifests, pricing rules, public booking page
Two booking modes:
• Day cruises live under Schedule — a single dated departure sold by ticket tier.
• Multi-day sailings live under Sailings — a fixed departure sold by cabin category with an occupancy-based fare and a deposit-then-balance payment schedule (expedition cruises, ocean voyages, guided multi-day tours).
Pairs with Fleet (vessel registry, maintenance) and Bridge (voyage assignment to a scheduled departure routes the bridge for that ship).
Public booking page:
Voyages auto-seeds a public booking page into your Builder site — passengers can book without an app install. Style it with your brand, link directly from your domain.
