Venue security planning (verified operators)

If you operate a venue with a verified claim on the public listing, you can build a security plan for your venue and extend access to event organizers using your space + local law enforcement.

To create a plan:
1. /venue → Catalog Profile → Security Plans tab (only visible if your venue is verified-by-venue-claim)
2. "New plan" → name + description → optional floorplan attachment
3. Lay out security posts, AED locations, emergency exits, severe-weather shelters, evacuation routes on the venue's floor plan
4. Write procedures: severe weather, active threat, medical emergency, fire, lost-child, comms tree

Extending access: event organizer using your space (org-based grant), law enforcement contact (email-based magic link), security vendor (email-based magic link). Each grant can be view-only or edit-capable; revoke any time.

Status: plans start as 'draft' (only the operator can see). Click "Publish" to freeze + open to all current and future grants. Revoking a grant immediately removes access.

Only orgs that have proven they operate the venue (via the same DNS-TXT flow you used to claim the listing) can manage security plans.
