Sending a venue inquiry

When you find a venue in the public catalog that fits your event, you can send an inquiry directly to the venue's event manager from their profile.

To send an inquiry:
1. Open the venue's public profile at /v/{slug}
2. Click "Request Availability" (always pinned to the bottom-right of the hero)
3. Fill in the inquiry form — event date(s), guest count, layout type, optional budget, and a message
4. Submit — the inquiry posts to the venue's claimed org and an email notification goes to their event manager

What happens after submission:
• The venue org sees your inquiry under /venue → Inquiries tab
• You see the same thread under your org → Events → Venue Inquiries
• The venue can respond, propose a date, send a proposal, or convert directly to a confirmed booking
• All messages are saved on the inquiry record; both sides get email notifications on each reply

Unclaimed venues:
If a venue hasn't been claimed by its operator yet, inquiries route to Turtini's bookings desk who acts as the broker. Once the venue operator claims their profile (DNS-TXT proof on their website), inquiries route directly to them.
