BuildOS subdivision editor — lot tracer + home models

BuildOS gained a Subdivisions area at /buildos/subdivisions (link from the BuildOS header). Use it to set up the live lot inventory that powers the BuildOS Lot Board Builder block on your branded site.

Setup workflow:
1. /buildos → click "Subdivisions →" in the header
2. + New subdivision → enter name, city, state. Detail page opens.
3. Plat map tab → set the plat dimensions (Settings tab), then switch back to "Trace a new lot" mode. Click on the canvas to drop polygon vertices, set lot number + acreage + price + compatible home models, click "Finish lot". Repeat for every lot.
4. Home models tab → + New model — name, beds/baths/sq ft, base price USD. These show up on the new-lot form for selection.
5. Lots tab → table view of all lots; change status (available / reserved / pending / sold / held-back), edit prices in place, see who reserved each lot.
6. Settings tab → address, plat dimensions, optional underlay image URL (point at a hosted PNG/JPG of the surveyor's plat to render under the polygons).

Once your subdivision has lots, copy the subdivision id (shown in the Plat map sidebar) and paste it into the BuildOS — Lot Availability block on your Builder site. The block renders the plat map with live status colors; buyers click an available lot → 30-min hold → your sales team follows up.
