Sub-venues and area management

Sub-venues let you divide your property into distinct areas, each with independent access rules, capacity limits, and pricing.

Creating sub-venues:
Go to Settings → Sub-Venues and click "+ Add Area". Each sub-venue has:
• Name — e.g., "Main Pool", "VIP Cabana", "Kids Zone", "Amphitheater"
• Description — shown to staff when booking
• Capacity — maximum guests allowed at once
• Base access — whether a general day pass includes access, or if a separate add-on pass is required
• Buyout price — the price to privately rent just this area

Pass-to-area mapping:
When creating a pass type, you select which sub-venues it grants access to. A day pass might include Main Pool + Kids Zone but not the VIP Cabana, which requires an upgrade.

Capacity enforcement:
When an area reaches its set capacity, the system flags it. Staff can override the flag if needed.
