Day passes and season passes

Passes are the primary way guests purchase access to your venue.

Day Passes:
• Sold for a single calendar day
• Available for individuals or groups (group passes admit N guests at a bundled price)
• Create pass types in the Passes tab — set a name, price, and which areas it grants access to
• At point of entry, scan or look up the pass to verify and admit the guest

Season Passes:
• Cover a defined season (e.g., Summer 2026, Memorial Day to Labor Day)
• Guests purchase once and visit unlimited times within the season window
• Season dates are configured when you create the pass type
• Passes can be set to individual or household (multiple names on one pass)

Annual Passes:
• Rolling 12-month access from the purchase date
• Auto-expiry shown on the pass record
• Useful for gyms, clubs, or recurring attraction venues

Managing pass holders:
The Pass Holders tab shows all active passes, their purchase date, expiry, and admission history. You can manually add, edit, or void passes from this view.
