Getting started with the Venue module

The Venue module is a complete end-to-end operating system for venues that sell access — parks, pools, clubs, arenas, stadiums, entertainment complexes, and anywhere guests buy passes, memberships, or event access.

To activate the Venue module:
1. Go to Organization → Settings → Modules
2. Enable "Venue" — it will appear in your navigation

Setting up your venue profile (Settings tab):
• Venue name, address, and description
• Logo — appears on passes and receipts
• Contact email and phone
• Tax rate — applied to all pass and ticket purchases

Core concepts:
• Day Passes — single-day admissions for individuals or groups
• Season Passes — recurring access for a full season, year, or custom period
• Annual Passes — 12-month rolling access
• Sub-Venues — distinct areas within your venue (e.g., Main Pool, VIP Lounge, Kids Zone) each with their own access rules and pricing
• Private Buyouts — renting an area or the entire venue for a private event
