See and delete your browsing history
The Turtini Browser keeps a list of the pages you visit while you are signed in, so the address bar can finish what you start typing and so you can find your way back to something.
In the browser, open the History menu:
- Show All History (Cmd+Y) lists every page, newest first, with a search box. Click a page to go back to it, or press the trash icon beside it to remove just that one.
- Clear History forgets every page.
- Clear Cookies is a different thing in the same menu. History is where you went; cookies are what keeps you signed in to sites. Clearing cookies signs you out everywhere and leaves your history alone; clearing history leaves you signed in.
On the web, the same list is in your account under Browsing History.
Your history is kept per profile. What you browse in a Personal profile and what you browse in an organization's profile are separate lists, and the account page opens on the one matching the context you are in. The "All profiles" tab shows them together, with each page labelled by the profile it came from.
Deleting a page removes it from your account and from your other Macs the next time each one syncs — a Mac that is closed catches up when you next open it. Going back to a page you deleted records it again, because deleting means "forget that I went there", not "never record this site".
Nothing is recorded in a private window.
