Diagnostics and your privacy

To keep the browser reliable, it records a small amount of diagnostic information — things like the app version, your Mac's OS, and whether a crash happened. This helps us find and fix problems.

What it never includes: the pages you visit, anything you type, the contents of any page, or personal information. Only app-level signals are recorded.

Where it goes: diagnostics are tied to your own account, not sold or shared with anyone else. When you sign out, nothing keeps flowing.

You can turn diagnostics off entirely. When it's off, nothing is recorded.
