Trip privacy, sharing, and collaboration

Privacy — click the lock icon in the trip header to make a trip private. Private trips are hidden from collaborators and appear with an amber "Private" badge. Individual POIs can also be made private using the eye icon on each activity row.

Sharing — click "Share" to invite colleagues or external contacts to your trip:
• Search org and partner org members by name or email
• Add external contacts by email address

Collaborators can view the full itinerary and add flights, hotels, and POIs. The trip owner and all collaborators can rename the trip by clicking the name inline.

Shared trips appear on collaborators' profile pages under the Trips tab.
