Travel Designer — what it covers

Travel Designer is the cockpit for travel advisors, agents, and luxury travel designers. It sits on top of the existing Travel and My Trips primitives, then layers everything an advisor business needs:

• Partner network connectors — Virtuoso, ASTA, Gift Travel Network, Signature, Internova, Tern, Fora, Carte Atlas. Plug each in with API credentials when they're available; the connector shapes are wired so the surface "just works" once a real key is dropped in.

• Client travel profiles — passport, Global Entry, KTN, loyalty programs, household members, and suitability tags. These extend the standard Contact record so the same person stays a Contact across CRM, Concierge, and proposals.

• Multi-option proposal builder — every proposal can carry a Value / Mid / Hideaway tier so the client picks their pace + budget. Each option has its own total, commissionable amount, and consortium-preferred amenity programs.

• Commission tracking + aging — every booked proposal seeds a pending commission. The daily sweep ages outstanding commissions and flips pending → late at 14 days. Statement reconciliation by network ships as a placeholder parser; format-specific logic drops in per consortium.

• Concierge automations — pre-trip checklist, visa/vaccine reminders, flight disruption nudges, post-trip review request, anniversary follow-ups. Wally drafts the message; you approve the send.

• Compliance — Seller of Travel state registrations (CA, FL, WA, HI, IA), IATA/ARC bonds, E&O insurance, consortium membership renewals. The daily sweep flips status active → expiring at 60 days, then expired.

The module is free to enable. APIs to partner networks are wired as placeholders — drop in real keys when each integration is live, no code changes needed in the UI.
