Building a multi-option proposal

Go to Travel Designer → Proposals → "+ New Proposal". Fill in:
• Title — what the client will see ("Anniversary in the Maldives")
• Client — must be a Contact in your org. If they're missing, add them in CRM first.
• Destination, trip start/end, traveller count
• At least one option. Click "+ Add option" for each tier you want to offer.

Each option carries:
• A short name and one-line summary the client sees on their share view
• Total — what the client pays
• Commissionable — the portion paid back to you as a commission
• Commission % — your split (default 10%)
• Programs — comma-separated amenity programs applied (voyager-club, stars, etc.). These show up as pills on each option card.

When the client accepts and you mark the proposal as Booked, Travel Designer automatically:
• Materializes a Trip in My Trips so the itinerary lives in the standard travel UX
• Seeds a pending commission with expected date 30 days post-checkout
• Queues a pre-trip checklist 14 days before the trip starts and a post-trip review request 3 days after it ends

Wally can draft the multi-option structure for you — say "Wally, draft a Maldives proposal for the Smiths, 8 nights starting June 12" and you'll see the proposal materialize as a draft with three tiers ready to edit.
